Due to the nature of the content, there is a no refund policy.
2. Why is the cost so low?
£27/month is the founders rate; It will not be available again at this low cost. When you sign up as a founder, you will be locking in this low monthly rate for the lifetime of your membership.
3. Can I cancel anytime?
This is a membership on a month by month contract; you can cancel anytime before the next payment is due.
4. How long will I need to put aside for this?
You will have access to a new training each month that will have a viewing time of up to 2 hours. You can just pick where to start from what your business needs at that time.
5. Is this a tech support helpdesk?
No. You are welcome to ask questions around our training and any issues you are facing with online platforms. However, if you have an issue where you require me to log into your systems and troubleshoot, this will carry an additional charge. Members get a discounted rate for 121 sessions with me.
6. If I go on holiday do I still have to pay?
Yes, as this is a rolling contract membership.
8. Can men join?
Yes, anyone is welcome.
